Lili works extensively as a choreographer and director for theatre, film, television, music videos, a cappella, and live concerts.

Most recently, she choreographed Significant Other and Icebergs at Geffen Playhouse, the premiere of Pitch Perfect 3 at the Dolby Theatre, and the A Cappella Open Finals at Carnegie Hall.

She’s also worked with Gay Men’s Chorus of LA, Rogue Machine Theatre, Odyssey Theatre Ensemble, ETC Theatre Company, The Pico Playhouse, and Musical Theatre Repertory, among others, and has choreographed over 30 plays and musicals for the USC School of Dramatic Arts.

Since 2008, she’s been the choreographer for the a cappella group The SoCal VoCals, creating each of their record five ICCA-winning sets (‘08, ‘10, ‘12, ‘15, ‘18), taking home the award for Best Choreography four times. She has continued to work extensively in the a cappella world, choreographing for Varsity Vocals, ARORA, The Backbeats (NBC’s The Sing Off), The SoCals (NBC’s The Sing Off), Simply Put, A Cappella Academy with Pentatonix, and Acapop. Her work has been featured on the stages of Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Royce Hall, and the Beacon Theatre.

Lili began directing and choreographing in college when she co-founded Musical Theatre Repertory and then later co-founded Boom Kat Dance Theatre, whose mission was to tell compelling and accessible stories entirely through movement. As the company’s Artistic Director, she directed, choreographed and produced Revolutions, The Jungle Book, NeverWonderLand (LA Ovation Award Nominee for Best Choreography), and Stations (LA Ovation Award Nominee for Best Choreography + Ovation Award Winner for Best Music for an Original Musical).

She has choreographed several music videos, including The Rescues’ Can’t Stand the Rain, which she also conceptualized and produced.
